Ottawa West Community Support (OWCS) has been involved in the community since 1968. You can join us in our mission by volunteering your time. We provide assistance to hundreds of seniors in the Ottawa area. Affordable and convenient service with consistent reliability. Food quality was excellent and service was commended for helping in the success of events.
