At the Carlingwood Y, our doors are open for those who wish to get healthier, find support, and make friends for life. We're a place where children, adults and families grow together while focusing on their health and wellness. The Carlingwood Y is a 20, 000 sq.-ft. inclusive, community-based facility providing unique programs and services that meet the needs of the community. This centre offers access to cardio and strength equipment, a group fitness class studio, a cycling studio, a small pool for water fitness classes and children's lessons, a children's play area, and universal, men's and women's locker rooms. Sample programs include: Strength training and aerobic conditioning, group fitness classes, personal training, TRX classes, recreational and educational programming for all ages, inviting social spaces, and child minding services.
