The Hastings North Business Improvement Association is a non-profit organization managed by an elected, volunteer board. The association was formed in 2001 as a reincarnation of the Hastings Chamber of Commerce. We serve approximately 625 members within the East Village commercial district. We're proud to support community projects, like this colourful little free library at Eton and Slocan (funded through the Hastings North Community Small Grants program), as a member of the Hastings North Community Partners Group.
