Founded in June 2005, the GTA Rewards Association is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based entity comprised of close to 300 members. The Association is led by a Board of Directors with the support of an Advisory Board. There are four separate volunteer committees each with a representative on the Board and which report into the President.
