I and my tenants had the same issue. Sergiu borrowed money from both myself and the tenants, returned the money to me only after 5 late reminders and late after I threatened reporting him to the police and never returned the money to my tenants, he just gave 5 or so false service dates and never showed up. Over 3 months have passed and they are still waiting for him to show up or at least to return the money.

Same problem, I paid 2040$ and he didn't show up to do the job

I had almost the same problem (2040$), since it was with multiples people maybe we can do a police report!
