I have been attending iLoveKickboxing.com in Vaughan, On for almost a month now and all I have to say is WOW! I have attended many gyms, fitness programs and played many sports, and for the first time in a while I can actually say I enjoy physical activity. The first impression of the gym is fantastic, it is bright, clean and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Something that stuck with me was on my the first night one of the staff told me we pride ourselves on being a family and that's what it feel like to be part of this gym. I highly recommend this gym to whoever hates physical activity or who ever wants to learn how to kick box. I actually wake up in the morning and look forward to wanting to go to kickboxing, thank you to the staff at the Vaughan location for pushing me, I just started and I can't wait to see my transformation! #ILKBNATION
