This is a place you go to where you will find tons of support and motivation every step of the way. It’s a community of people working towards their own goals while helping each other along the way. The instructors are genuine, caring and highly trained in what they do. You won’t find more energizing and fun classes anywhere. Not only are you having a blast while you workout, but you’re also getting amazing results physically and mentally.

The staff creates a environment that makes me feel encouraged, powerful and a positive place to workout. As a beginner to kick boxing these classes have boosted my confidence and focus. With the knowledge they have provided me about nutrition and physical health I look forward to changing my lifestyle for the better!

For a beginner like me, 5 rounds sounded too long at first but all the instructors are so enthusiastic, friendly and they make sure the whole group is energetic and cheerful, so time flies by so quickly, there is never a dull moment in the whole session! Great studio with enforced social distancing and related safety protocols. Highly recommend ILKB!
