Review about Q-tel Services, Victoria

Here is my recent experience with Q-Tel Services of Victoria:
Not impressed with their at-home TV repair service. After three visits to attempt repairs on a large-screen Sony Bravia, we are still left with a defective TV. The first visit was to attempt to diagnosis the issue, but no parts were brought for any repair. This was after the issue was clearly explained and photos submitted to them. The replacement part took two weeks to arrive and then a second visit was scheduled. The technician arrived with a complete multi-parts repair kit that should have accompanied him on the first visit. This second visit was unsuccessful due to the required replacement part being defective. Two weeks later another replacement part arrived and visit number three was scheduled. This visit was a failure due to the replacement part that was sent being incompatible. Now we are waiting for another part to arrive and a fourth visit to be scheduled for another attempt. Very sad service coordination and quality control!
Q-Tel Response received after my review:
"As a response to your recent review. We cannot be expected to have every part for every tv in stock, so assuming or stating that we should of come with parts is uncalled for. With the unit being under extended warranty we have to submit estimates wait for approval and then order parts. We have no control over defective parts coming in. We also have no control over times it takes for parts to come in. Sony is one of the only companies that refurbishes their parts. Just because an email was sent to us describing the fault doesn't always mean we can diagnose over a picture or without seeing or verifying in person. (We do try our best) There has been no "sad service coordination" you have been emailed or called when parts have arrived and appointments have been scheduled so again this comment is uncalled for. Nothing we have done is anything we could have done differently with parts etc coming in wrong or defective. As there has been no sort of contact to us phone call etc to try and voice your concerns and give us an opportunity to respond this review itself if very uncalled for. "
"It also does not make us want to continue working with you to try and resolve your issue if this is the way you are going to treat us and slander us on the internet. Your extended warranty company is aware of what's happening the times its taken and the parts etc and have told us to continue the repair which again is their decision. We want to also remind you that the tv Is not completely out of service and is still watchable. "
"As you feel the service so far has been unsatisfactory up to this point with defective parts etc and you feel we are causing the issues, we will advise your warranty company to find someone else to complete the repair. Hopefully this will get resolved for you in a timely manner. Sorry for the delay and frustration we have caused you."
