I became part of the ILKB family in October and absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing - so upbeat, fun, extremely helpful and motivating. Every class works out your whole body and is different from the last so you never get "tired" or "bored" from routine. I look forward to every class and am so sad when I can't make one.
