I was pleased and relieved to have the rep from Cosmopolitan Heating and cooling who promptly return my call after I left a message. He also recommended, in the meantime, that I check whether my filter needed changing (it didn't, but he could have potentially saved me a service call). So I had to get the technician's visit, quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained a part within 2 hours, and had the furnace up and running within a couple of hours after that. Nothing beats fast, courteous service, and it's clear Cosmopolitan has their customers' best interests at heart.
