Thanks for sending me a top no technicians installment team. Jim and Dan were very considerate and knowledgeable about the product they were installing. They worked through adverse weather conditions and never gave up early because of it. They cleaned up after themselves at every step of the way they used. Great team work! I was pleased and relieved to have the rep from Cosmopolitan Heating and cooling who promptly return my call after I left a message. He also recommended, in the meantime, that I check whether my filter needed changing (it didn't, but he could have potentially saved me a service call). So I had to get the technician's visit, quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained a part within 2 hours, and had the furnace up and running within a couple of hours after that. Nothing beats fast, courteous service, and it's clear Cosmopolitan has their customers' best interests at heart.

I had a Repeated leaks in the a/c system. wanted someone to fix it properly so I saw good review of Cosmopolitan and called in their technician who was fully knowledgeable about the a/c unit. Did not take much time to fix the leak. Happy with the job done by the technician.

Jim from cosmopolitan heating & Cooling came to give us an estimate. He guided us through the process by advising us of the advantages of a heat loss study and various government inspections to maximize potential reimbursement. He ended up starting and finishing our job earlier than expected, and as a result allowed us to gain time in our renovation now our house is warm everywhere! We will definitely seek out the service of this company again for future projects.
