ILKB Vaughan location made me a fitness addict. I became a member almost a year ago, when I came in to try something new. I love everything about ILKB and this location in particular. I am there at least 5 times a week. The beauty of the ILKB's fitness system is that there is no limit to where you can take your fitness level and the friendly and caring atmosphere and the instructors feed mental and emotional needs. HIGHLY recommend to give ILKB a try!!!
