For a beginner like me, 5 rounds sounded too long at first but all the instructors are so enthusiastic, friendly and they make sure the whole group is energetic and cheerful, so time flies by so quickly, there is never a dull moment in the whole session! Great studio with enforced social distancing and related safety protocols. Highly recommend ILKB!
