Ilovekickboxing is without a doubt an exceptional place to get an intense and fun workout in! I had debated between a gym and kickboxing membership and I can't be any more pleased with choosing a kickboxing membership. Not only is the training beneficial for your health and physicality, but for self defence as well! It's also a very welcoming environment with a friendly & motivational staff that make you look forward to every class. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something new to try out!
