I must say this is one of the best workouts i have ever had :) the staff and trainers are amazing and always welcoming, they push you even when you think you can’t do it anymore but you actually can and they know it... If you’re someone who needs motivation and wants a great workout you must try this "iLoveKickboxing" ones you try this workout you will never want to go anywhere else. The facility is top notch and it makes me want to go back every time!
