I have finally found a workout & facility that I truly enjoy going to! Ilovekickboxing.com has amazing staff who always motivate you and help you push yourself to do your best. This is a workout that works the entire body and is never the same as the day before. Letting energy out at the bags is great and feeling my body get stronger & more capable by the day is amazing. I love that people of all shapes & sizes attend, so I always feel comfortable. A great facility, with an amazing workout (better than anything I have tried, boot camps included) and a great group of people helping you and motivating you every step of the way!
