Ola Claesson: Chef de banquet et du traiteur D’origine suédoise, le chef Ola Claesson a étudié les dessous de la cuisine dans son pays natal pour ensuite aller faire ses preuves aux quatre coins de l’Europe. Après avoir travaillé dans les cuisines d’un restaurant de Stockholm, Ola s’est dirigé vers Londres où il a manié chaudrons et couteaux durant un an. Paris lui a ensuite fait de l’œil et c’est avec soif d’apprendre qu’il a été parfaire ses connaissances dans plusieurs restaurants, dont le Spring où il portait le titre de sous-chef. Cette dernière expérience a été très enrichissante pour le jeune cuisinier. Après ces quelques années dans la ville la lumière, le chef Ola a plié bagages pour aller cuisiner dans un grand restaurant gastronomique privé de Londres. Enfin, pour notre plus grand plaisir, il pose ses valises au Québec en juin 2014 pour faire découvrir sa savoureuse cuisine à tous les clients du traiteur L’Auberge sur la route. Ce qui l’a poussé à traverser l’océan? Son amour pour une québécoise, bien sûr!

It was between 1907 and 1909 was built for the Canadian Bank of Commerce this magnificent building. With its facade decorated with six corinthian columns, following the neoclassical style of Pearson and Darling architects, he was classified heritage building in 2012. CIBC became in 1961, the Bank occupied the premises until 2010. Another occupant marked the history of this building: the White Star Line offices and there were tickets for the Titanic were sold there. In 2012, while remaining true to the building's history and highlighting architectural details, the building is transformed into an appropriate setting to hold prestigious events. The St. James Theatre was born. The Theatre St-James is a stunning and elegant event venue with beautiful architecture, ideal for corporate parties, weddings, and other occasions.
