Foufounes Electriques in Montreal is a long-running metal bar with a great atmosphere and music. The service at the bar can be unorganized and slow for some. Après avoir travaillé dans les cuisines d’un restaurant de Stockholm, Ola s’est dirigé vers Londres où il a manié chaudrons et couteaux durant un an. Paris lui a ensuite fait de l’œil et c’est avec soif d’apprendre qu’il a été parfaire ses connaissances dans plusieurs restaurants, dont le Spring où il portait le titre de sous-chef.
