The Institute of Cultural Performing Arts (ICPA) was established in Alberta on November 8, 2005. ICPA is a unique non-profit society dedicated to educating the Edmonton community about traditional Chinese performances. These performances entail Chinese Operas which depict major historical figures and events, as well as provide education with regards to traditional Chinese musical instruments and forms of martial arts.
