The Meadows Home for Special Care is a 105 bed care facility located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and is a registered society under the name Tidal View Manor. 
The Meadows Home for Special Care is a not-for-profit nursing care facility with a home-like atmosphere, built in 2011. It consists of nine residential-scale houses with access to open-concept kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, and landscaped courtyards. A walking path surrounds the main complex. Some customers are residents living with full care.
