Deanco Inc. was started in 1985 by Jim and Brenda Dean after each had successful careers at large multi-national meat companies since graduating school and University in the early 1970's. Both have extensive knowledge of the food business. Jim started as a plant worker, being promoted through the purchasing Department, then sales eventually ending his corporate career as a National Product Manager. Brenda began as a beef clerk and ending her coperate career as Administrative Assistant to the Executives. Jim and Brenda's son Kelly has worked in the company for 20 years and has become a part owner and is now the General Manager overseeing all sales and plant production. With their combined 30 years of experience they started Deanco Inc. as a meat distributor who would put customers needs first.
