Counselling is a collaborative process focused on helping people to improve their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC - #18450) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I completed my Master of Arts (MA) in Family Life Education from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Since 2005 I have had the privilege of doing pastoral counselling for youth and college students and clinical counselling with individuals of multi-ethnic backgrounds and ages. I started working with high risk youth more than seven ears ago and I have been able to connect and support with this population group and their families.
