Nathalie began acting in elementary school and after highschool found her way to Gastown Actor's Studio which in the early 90s was the breeding ground for talent in Vancouver's new emerging acting scene. It was here she first met her current mentor Michèle Lonsdale Smith who came from New York's Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and began an intensive study of craft under her tutelage. As well, Nathalie studied with numerous acting coaches from Vancouver to Los Angeles - more notably Ivana Chubbuck and Cameron Thor. Nathalie has acted on stage and in Film and TV but her primary focus has always been the examination of craft. She has great insights and understanding on the art of acting and wishes to share this knowledge with other like minded artists.

Raquel Riskin has always loved the spotlight, performing in various ways from a young age. Whether dancing, singing or acting, I have craved a career in entertainment my entire life. Now that I'm all grown up I am enjoying making it happen; ) I absolutely love what I do. Being on set gives me a total rush... With every new gig I feel so much more alive and my determination multiplies. I am fun-loving, positive, and insanely driven. With a love for everything from shopping, pampering and stilettos to snowmobiling, camping and paintball, I have a healthy interest in almost anything. As I strive for success, I appreciate the love and support that I have all around me.

Granville Island Broom Co. makes hand-crafted brooms using traditional Shaker methods. They are designed to be both functional and decorative and will last many years with daily use. The fibre we use to make the brooms is called broomcorn (Sorghum vulgare), which became the standard for making brooms in the early 1800s. Historically, brooms in North America were round. They were commonly home made by tying together tree branches, grasses, or whatever was available. In the mid 1800s, the Shakers developed the stitched flat broom, which we continue to use today.
Granville Island Broom Co is a magical store for Harry Potter and witch story fans. Customers praise the authentic, high-quality brooms with unique handles and reasonable prices. The craftsmanship and artistic touch are appreciated, and excellent customer service is noted. The shop offers a fun and educational experience. Brooms come in various sizes and shapes, and some even have exotic handles.
