Mr. Case was founded in the summer of 1984, when university student Marc Levin began delivering supermarket items by the case door-to-door in residential Toronto neighbourhoods. The orders started coming in, along with requests for more products, and in 1986 Mr. Case expanded into a large warehouse/distribution centre. 
Many customers highly rate Mr. Case Inc. for excellent customer service and friendly people. Some have had positive experiences with ordering products, which they were pleased with. One customer specifically mentions a great ad on Kenny vs Spenny that led them to discover the company. However, there seems to be an issue with order fulfillment for some customers, resulting in delays and inconvenience.
