The Steel School of Irish Dance was founded in 1981 by Carol Del Bianco in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has since expanded to open their own studio in Cloverdale, with classes in White Rock also available. The school was taken over by Carol's daughter Jacquelyn Hardychuk in 2009. From a small group of less than 20 dancers, the school is now home to over 100 students! Steel School of Irish Dance is a supportive and nurturing community that instills hard work, self-confidence, discipline, and good character in its students, creating both skilled dancers and well-rounded individuals.
