The Oak Avenue Neighbourhood Hub evolved out of the Mission Board of Oak Avenue United Church in 2004. The purpose of the Hub is to provide a range of services for people in the community as part of a continuum of support for all ages. The hub serves as a place for other organizations and agencies to offer programs and fosters a unified vision of promoting healthy community development.
