The design build process involves Tempo Construction taking a clients building requirements from the conceptual stage all the way through to the final building completion. The main advantage to this process is the speed of project delivery and cost Tempo Construction uses various partners such as Architects and Engineers to design and monitor the building construction to ensure a successful project. In 2001 Gerald Scaplen semi-retired and Terry Scaplen became President of the company.
