Resource Centre for the Arts is the umbrella organization for; RCA Theatre Company (RCAT), and the LSPU Hall.”The Hall” is a hot spot of cultural activity. Many of the individuals RCA has supported over the years have gone on to become international ambassadors for the arts and culture of Canada as well as Newfoundland and Labrador – artists such as Mary Walsh, Gordon Pinsent, Rick Mercer, Andy Jones, Cathy Jones, Tommy Sexton, Berni Stapleton, Ed Riche, Ron Hynes, and Bob Joy – to name a few.
