Elle veut offrir une alternative à l’hospitalisation et à l’exclusion sociale, tout en offrant un ensemble de services permettant aux personnes atteintes de retrouver une place dans la société en même temps que leur dignité. Ce faisant, La Cordée contribue à prévenir les hospitalisations. Nous travaillons à ces objectifs en collaboration avec les ressources du milieu et les services de psychiatrie, sans pour autant en être le prolongement.
