Founded November 2, 1980, the company Les Aliments La Brochette inc. took up residence on the first street Iberville. The founders combined their efforts and experience to offer their customers a single product: the BBQ Chicken pre-cooked on a spit, hence the name of the skewer. Gradually, more value-added products that broaden the range of foods available. Following a devastating fire that destroyed the offices of the company in 1985, it is relocalisat in its current facility at 404 Route 104, Mont Saint-Grégoire. Today, our family business turns poultry products in the factory about 12, 000 square feet and employs over 100 workers in peak season.
