This nature reserve, Réserve naturelle du Boisé-des-Douze, is a beautiful and quiet place, surrounded by nature with diverse wildlife to see. The trails are well-maintained, making for pleasant walks through fields and wooded areas. Streams run throughout the site. Birdwatching is a popular activity, with various species of birds such as woodpeckers and chickadees. Rules should be followed, such as not putting birdseed on the ground. The site is open all year round, from sunrise to sunset. Restrooms are available, though they may be chemical toilets without paper. Some trails have limited access for people with reduced mobility. Parking is nearby for cars and bikes. Pet dogs are not allowed.
