Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver is located at 1833 Victoria Diversion, just south of 18th and Commercial Drive in the Trout Lake area. Open to everyone, the Center offers meditation classes, a variety of introductory and in-depth courses, chanted prayers and retreats. Classes take place in our beautiful meditation room and are suitable for all individuals whatever their level of interest, from those who seek simple relaxation to those who wish to find lasting inner peace and contentment through following the Buddhist path. Our Center was founded by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso as a non-profit organization and member of the New Kadampa Tradition-International Kadampa Buddhist Union. It offers meditation classes and retreats throughout metro-Vancouver for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome, and although the classes are taught as a series, you can drop in at any time; there is no pre-registration necessary. Thank you for your interest and we hope to see you soon.

Yogi Bhajan described Kundalini Yoga as the direct, non-stop jet route to consciousness. Kundalini Yoga was carefully handed down by oral tradition from master to disciple for centuries and was always kept very secret.
