Under his direction, there have been female gymnasts from QCK at Westerns and Nationals every year. Gymnastics Saskatchewan - Competitive Coach of the Year in 2002 NCCP Artistic Level 4 Lioudmila Pletneva Women's Developmental Program - Head Coach. Lioudi rejoined QCK in the year 2006. NCCP Artistic Level 3 Barb Jesse Women's Program - Gym Cat & Provincial 1 Barb returned to QCK in 2005 after coaching in Moose Jaw the previous 20 years. NCCP Artistic Level 2, working on level 3 NCCP Women’s Dance Level 3 NCCP Trampoline Level 1 Amanda Code Women's Program - Star 1 and 2; Provincial 2-4 Amanda started coaching at QCK in the year 2008. She was a high performance gymnast with the club since 2003. NCCP Artistic Level 2, working on level 3 NCCP Trampoline Level 2 Men's Program Staff Marcel Dubroy Director Men's Competitive Head Coach NCCP Artistic Level 4 Dexter Tantardini Men's Program - Assistant Provincial & National Coach Dexter began coaching full time in 2014. He was a National athlete and had been a part time coach since 2011 and started coaching full time with QCK in 2014. NCCP Artistic Level 2, working on Level 3 NCCP Trampoline Level 1 Destiny Hodgins Men's Program - Power Cat and Provincial 1 Destiny returned to coach at QCK in 2011 and was an athlete in T&T. Men's Level 2 Judge NCCP Level 2 Office Staff Manager - Barb Jesse Recreational Supervisor - Cathy Reed Cathy joined the Staff in 2013 after a teaching career. NCCP Artistic Level 1.

These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. CrossFit classes for kids and teens are also offered throughout the year. Our highly qualified and educated coaches also offer personal training for those looking for a more personalized experience. We offer our expertise to small groups of any kind as well as team training for sports such as hockey, ringette, soccer, volleyball, swimming, etc.. Complimentary to any fitness program, nutrition is of high importance. We offer nutrition counselling to members and non-members alike through our Balanced Nutrition program.
