The actual owners are the third generation of the Prémont Family. The establishment now belongs to Mr. Jean Prémont and his two cousins Anne and Julie Lachance. Their objective is to maintain the sugar shack reputation but also to develop a restaurant open year round where traditional food from Quebec City is available.
