Brian Hodge is an unscrupulous realtor. He lured us into signing a buyer agent agreement that will give him commission regardless of the outcome. We couldn't close on time due to our house is still on the market, the seller understood the situation and gave us all the extension time needed to close but Brain did not. Instead of helping us navigate thru this hard time, he chose to sue us for commission immediately and left us in the dark alone. The seller later sold their home at higher price and returned our earnest deposit but again Brian will not sign the release form despite receiving his full commission ($19k) for an unprofessional & unsuccessful buyer agent representation.
