It went great. Alex, was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any follow up questions we had. Our main installer, Justin, was terrific and believe me, he did not have an easy job - our home was built in the 1960's. We had to have the lead containment service done and we are very happy with how the installers cleaned up when they were done each day. The one installer did a really nice job of putting in a new air conditioner for us. We also want to thank Alex in the office - she was also quick to answer any questions we had.
