I bought a T Outliner shaver at this store. When I got home I discovered that I was charged an extra $9.99. I returned to the store and was told by the clerk that this $9.99 was an insurance in case the shaver breaks. I told her that I did not ask to purchase extra insurance on this product. She informed me that the cash register randomly add insurance charges to certain products without the customer's knowledge. How ironic . I don't think that I should be sold something without my knowledge and then waste my time to return the product which took quite a while to be completed. Customers should check their bills because of this practice
