Review about E. J. Gadsby & Sons Limited, Grimsby
4 years ago
My husband and I bought Gadsby Pinewood shoe pack boots in Alaska in the late 1960s. They were well-made, comfortable, and warm. These were THE winter boots to own back then. We replaced the felt liners as needed. My husband wore his until the tread was smooth then and only then did he discard them. I still have mine. I can’t praise them enough. (The closest boots sold today are Sorels that used to be made in Canada. I’m not sure they still are.)
