One of three caregivers were appropriately matched. Last caregiver refused to wash hands when working with an immune compromised person. Had to be supervised to do so. Made misogyny comments to female member of the household. Incasa did not take it seriously and remove the person from the service and provide a suitable replacement. On passing away of our person, no condolences were offered.
