I am disappointed with after sales service and the quality of products at Autocity Fredericton. I Have few things to share about autocity 1. After sales service is not good at all, no matter whatever your problem is they say they can’t do anything about it. 2. I was told I have 1 month warranty on my car and if I find any scratch or dent then I can let them know and they will fix it. Later I found a dent near the fuel cap, I showed it to the guy at autocity , his response was that this is used car and you can’t expect it to be completely free of dent. 3. I went to Halifax in this car and I was surprised to see that the paint on my upper tire covers started to come off in all my tires in just first 100 KM drive. When I told this to Rob at autocity, his response was they did not do anything to it, it might be because car was standing there for few months and suddenly tires starts spinning and they can’t do anything about it. Again he said the same thing it’s a kind of gamble to buy a used car . Its interesting to note here that car had a mileage of 97000 and the paint did not come off before but when I drove it for few hundred kilometers’ paint came off. 4. I also bought a warranty of 2 years ( or 40000 km), while doing a paper work he put mileage 95000 instead of 97000 something, I am still waiting for the correction to be made. Also the price which I paid for the warranty, my friend got the 3 years ( 60000 km ) warranty from Mitshubishi Fredericton.
