I attended yesterday for an IV treatment with Jai Qi Chen. I attended at 1:35pm with my 7 month old girl Lillie. Ian Dunsmuir saw me in the waiting room and provided me my form to fill out. He did not take a second to tell anyone that I was there, nor call out the receptionist. He reappeared several times, saw that I was there, and told no one. Four other patients came and were served by their provider after I arrived. A receptionist came in and flew out at about 2:10pm, before I could ask her why I was still waiting. Ian came out AGAIN, saw me there, and told no one. After seventy-five minutes of waiting with my baby, and sixty minutes after my appointment time, Chen came into the waiting room and said 'Are you Robert'. She apologized, although that is too little too late. I was finally taken into the room and given the IV, the next patient had to share the room with me because it was now 90 minutes since i arrived. My baby was crying and upset, because I should have been home by three and she should have been in bed. Instead, I was there until four. Obviously, I will never go back. PS: Ian saw me four times, gave me snide attitude, and never told anyone I was there over 75 minutes
