Speed was good but service was not. I purchased a router from them which they said had a 6 month warranty on it. When it arrived it had scuffs on it and looked used. They said it is used but tested to work fine. I accepted it. After 3 months, it gave me trouble and I called in twice. After 5 months and 29 days it died and they said "to bad" I had to pay for the service call to replace it with another used one. I had to pay them to fix a defective router that they warranted. Customer is always wrong no a days. And when I tried to explain so that the Karen could understand she hung up.
