I have received contacts for two years in an a row. Leo Optical took over $1000.00 in SunLifeBenefits for my contacts and I can see better without my contacts! ihave reported the issue in the past nothing. I went back one month ago and still I cant see with this pair. They refuse to put bifocals in the contact lense, they refuse to complete a through eye examination hence only determining I can no see far but had no issues with close distance. I put the contacts in and now cant see close distance! Still nothiing, no returned phone call no reschedule, no reassessment - nothing just keep taking my money!!!!!!!! Actually making my vision worst. I will be reporting them to SunLife and higher governing bodies....You will no longwer take advantage of people! This company needs to be on the DO NOT USE list for ALL company benefits! Horrible Horrible Horrible
