Review about Norwest Community Health Centres, Thunder Bay

OMG!!!! I have been on hold for 1 hour, then my call is dropped a busy signal. I had to phone again, now I am still on hold! 1 hour and a half later!! What is going on with reception? When I am there for an appointment, the receptionists are sitting and talking to each other, nobody is on the phone, there are like 8 people in the waiting area. I don't understand WHY nobody is answering the phone. Are we being answered in order? if so, how long does it take to book an appointment and move on to the next phone call? Pretty simple, you cant be THAT busy! Answer the dam phones! This is so unacceptable for a clinic. I am still on hold as I am writing this review, and it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! So much for "your call is important please stay on the line". People have lives, I have things to do, I can't be waiting on the phone for 2 hours to change an appointment. I can't believe this. if there were zero stars I would choose that, but I can't.
