They do not deserve a star.. But it says I must give atleast one. Its not a deserved star. How in the world are you supposed to get banking done when the hours are 10 to 4. Even on a Thursday they are closed at 4. Bloody ridiculous. Customer Service is slow. I would suggest switching to another bank before ever suggesting someone to join Scotia. They need to step up the customer service and branch hours, so people can actually do banking. Many people do not do online banking and prefer to go into a branch.
