DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE. COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY. Summary: -They sold me a BMW at top dollar, filled with hidden problems, and told me it's not their problem. -Now, I have to repair the car at my own cost before the company sold me a car filled with problems that left my wife and 10-month-old baby stranded waiting for a tow truck for 2 hrs in the heat. -I bought the car to the BMW dealership to get it checked out and i was quoted for 5k before taxes worth of repairs (see pictures) -They said I did something to the car to try to scam them. They do not trust the BMW dealership's repair quote. They said, they could be quoting me for services not needed. Long version: Purchased a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive with 147k KM with safety. The car was delivered 2.5 hours away. We did not test drive the car before delivery. The car seemed fine at the time. My wife drove it around the block the next day and it went into limp mode. The dashboard showed a bad battery so I replaced it. Martin, the seller, gave me half of the money, which is nice. I programmed the battery so it would charge properly. A couple of days later, the car went into limp mode again. I pulled the codes and it threw a water pump failure code (see picture). I informed the seller, Martin. He said he would be more inclined to help me if I would have brought it to a shop. He has no idea of my mechanical skills or if he is "being tried to get taken" (see pictures for text message). I replaced the water pump and thermostat. The car no longer has the code. Unfortunately, there are new codes now for the eccentric shaft sensor. I bought it to the BMW dealership to get it thoroughly checked out. The dealer quoted me 5K before taxes worth of repairs (see pictures). I called the seller, Martin. He did not pick up the phone but another person did, by the name if Chris. He basically said, he doesn't know if I did something to the car, and then brought it to the BMW dealership. He does not trust the BMW dealership, maybe they are just replacing things prematurely. He also said, if you don't want higher repair bills, don't buy a BMW. The car was fine when we dropped it off to you with no check engine lights. You should of brought the car to your mechanic to get it checked out before purchasing the car. I said, I didn't buy it from a private sale, I bought it from a dealership. I trusted the company. You had good reviews. He basically then told me it wasn't his problem. (BMWs have hidden codes and errors that will not show unless you have a BMW capable scanner) So now I have to repair the car at my own cost before the company sold me a car filled with problems that left my wife and 10th month old baby stranded waiting for a tow truck for 2 hrs in the heat. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY.
