Didn't get what I asked for. I had sent an email with specific instruction right down to placement color and size for a fathers day gift from my children. Owner said I used the wrong word to describe a hoodie (even though I said sweatshirt with hood in email), then blamed me for his mistakes because he doesn't read his emails...says he only looks at the picture attachment. Wasted a month dealing with wrong shirts, days ongoing in when printed wrong and items missing. Very rude owner and he pulled out when I voiced my frustrations (2 days before fathers day I might add).
