Bought part of a cow from a farmer and had it butchered, cut, and wrapped here. Picked the meat up a few hours after the shop called to let me know it was ready. Got home and found the meat was freezer burnt (my T-bones are covered in it). I am not happy and was looking forward to T-bones for supper. Instead I have to thaw and repackage all the meat. I would not recommend using this butcher.
