I was a somewhat satisfied customer at this salon for about 3 years. I say “somewhat” because my hairdresser didn’t always produce exactly what I wanted, but it was close enough, and since I am one to encourage my local and neighbourhood businesses, I chose to stay… That is, until the day he ruined my very simple requested short-bob-cut. The cut was finished and looked verry good, but then he complained about my hair being so tangled on the top while he was blow-drying it, he even insisted that “I” must have been using my hairdryer incorrectly, as if I had fried my own hair. He proceeded to start “chopping” the hair off the top of my head (almost in anger), leaving it completely uneven on the straight angle he had finally accomplished after a year on trimming. At the end, I was charged in full for the haircut and decided then and there to never return. At least I don’t have to listen to his nagging political views anymore.
