Horrible. Do not shop at People's. I have had to get my ring repaired 5 times! The first time they tried to charge us (more than double what we paid for the ring) even though we had the Protection Plan they push on everyone. I have now contacted their Corporate Customer Service and I am waiting for a call back. I am going to end up taking my ring to a local jeweler to be repaired correctly and end up paying out of my pocket for People's mistake. In short, most of their store associates are rude, their products are terrible quality, and their jewelers are useless.
